Felix Instruments Unveils New Distributor Partnership in Central America
Camas, Washington - Felix Instruments-Applied Food Science is set to reach more potential customers with a new distributor agreement for Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.
Pacific Northwest-based Felix Instruments sees the partnership with Negocios Del Tropico (NDT) as an ideal opportunity to expand into the countries that traditionally form the Northern Triangle of Central America, an area previously under-represented.
NDT will distribute the entire portfolio of Felix Instruments, a leading innovator in the global fruit quality meter industry.
Established in Guatemala in 2009, NDT is a specialized importer and supplier of raw materials, products and equipment for the agribusiness sector. It has an excellent track record in meeting and exceeding customers' needs and never compromising on the quality of its products and services.
"This new partnership in the region is an excellent fit for Felix Instruments," commented Marketing Director Scott Trimble. "We have high hopes through NDT of providing better access to plant research tools and applied food science instruments for clients in the region."
An NDT official added: "We welcome the opportunity to serve a world-class innovator such as Felix Instruments. Our company is characterized by developing and adding value to our clients in the agri-industry through building long-term relationships.”
Felix Instruments-Applied Food Science is a subsidiary of CID Bio-Science, Inc and is specialized in engineering plant science tools to work for the commercial agriculture sector. Focusing on pre-and postharvest applications, the company helps fresh market professionals maximize the value of their products with their gas and NIR-based analysis tools.
